Appearance: The Corrupted Horror towers over the arena, its skin a patchwork of blackened, scaly patches, and its eyes glow with dark energy. It has tentacle-like appendages that lash out, and its presence distorts the air around it.

Arena: The final battle takes place in the heart of the ritual chamber, with corruption pools randomly forming throughout the arena. Additionally, dark rifts will open in the ground, spawning minions or Diablo IV Items causing environmental hazards.
