Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Engage in financial fraud, cyberstalking, or impersonation (per Sections 24–26 of the Cybercrimes Act).

- Spam, farm Points, or manipulate rewards systems.

4. Content Moderation & Rights

User-Generated Content

- You retain ownership of content (e.g., Photo Albums, Blogs, Movies).

- By posting, you grant WitFora a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content for Platform operations.

Prohibited Content

Do not upload/share content that:

- Violates intellectual property rights (Copyright Act, Cap C28 LFN 2004).

- Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal acts (Terrorism Prevention Act 2013).

- Contains malware, phishing links, or false information.

Reporting & Removal

- Report illegal content via [report@witfora.com].

- WitFora reserves the right to remove violating content without prior notice.

5. Privacy & Data Rights

NDPR & NITDA Compliance

- Consent: We process personal data only with your explicit consent (e.g., for ads, analytics).

- Data Security: Implement safeguards against breaches (per NITDA’s Data Protection Guidelines).

- User Rights: Access, correct, or delete your data via your account dashboard.

6. Features & Services

#Points & Rewards

- Earn Points through eligible activities (e.g., Comments, Forums, Advertisements).

- Points are non-transferable and revoked for abuse (e.g., bots, fake accounts).

Marketplace & Transactions

- Buyers/sellers are solely responsible for transactions.

- Comply with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) for refunds/disputes.

Pro Packages

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

- Refunds processed per Nigerian consumer protection laws.

7. Termination

WitFora reserves the right to:

- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or Nigerian laws.

- Remove content threatening national security (per Cybercrimes Act).

8. Disclaimers

- The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

- We are not liable for third-party content (e.g., Developer API integrations, Affiliate links).

9. Governing Law & Disputes

- These Terms are governed by Nigerian law.

- Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts (e.g., High Court of Ebonyi State).

10. Updates to Terms

- Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app alerts.

- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
